On this tour we will get to know the main spots of the city and extend it a little more to take you to know also the famous remains of the Berliner wall which stayed erected for 30 years, dividing the city.
This tour is ideal for those who don’t have much time in Berlin but want to make the most of their day.
On the Berlin Classic, you will see several sights, such as Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust Memorial, Bunker, Topography of Terror, Check Point Charlie, Gendarmenmarkt, Unten den Linden Avenue, Museum Island, Cathedral, Alexanderplatz, TV Tower, Jewish Quarter and East Side Gallery.
You will visit a 1.5 km piece of the wall called East Side Gallery. It is an open-air art gallery on the east side of the old Berlin Wall, which has been preserved from demolition. The gallery consists of 105 paintings by artists from around the world, started in 1990 – a beautiful Memorial of the Berlin Wall.
Although it seems like a lot to do, some sights are close from each other. That permits us to make short stops to have coffee and rest. You will be guided at your own pace and we will take public transport if necessary.
